Bake Sale 2012

Huge thank you to everyone that brought bake goods or worked a shift yesterday at the bake sale.  Special thanks goes out to Booster parents–Tina Ohmstede and Amy Goldberg for supervising the day.  Unfortunately the event wasn’t as well attended as we had hoped for, but we did make $168 dollars at the bake sale.  We also made the police and fire stations very happy when we donated the extra baked goods to them at the end of the sale.   While it’s not a huge amount, it’s a start!  🙂

Upward and onward as they say–we will be tackling a Car Wash on Saturday, July 14th.  It will be held at Mira Costa’s Lower Parking Lot (Artesia & Peck lot).  All of the kids will be pre-selling tickets starting in July.

In the meantime, enjoy your last few weeks of the year and keep on inviting people to sign up for the Sand Run on August 4th!!!    Click on the Sand Run tab for more details.
