Both boys and girls varsity teams will move on to CIF Finals this coming Saturday, 11/21, at Mt. SAC.  The boys finished 3^rd in their heat, the girls finished 4^th.

A special congratulations to Melia Chittenden, who placed 2^nd overall in the girl’s race.  She finished just one second behind the leader with a time of 17:04.  Also scoring for the girls, Alexis Johnson 16^th (18:03), Emily Jones 24^th (18:26), Amanda Han 40^th (18:51), Brooke Inouye 43^rd (18:59).

The boys team was lead by Caleb Llorin (15:16.2) and Ty Garrett (15:16.3), who placed 8^th and 9^th with Ethan Williams placing 10^th (15:19.5).  Also scoring for the boys was Cole Lewis, 21^st (15:34) and Quinn Satow 36^th (15:48).

Race times are 9:45am for the girls, 10:45am for the boys.  Come out to Mt. SAC and cheer on the teams as they work to earn spots at the State Meet!  The top 7 teams in D2 will advance.
