MCXC Parent Packet

The Booster Club Officers and Coaches reviewed the contents of the Parent Meeting Packet during the Parent Welcome Meeting which includes:

  1. Season Schedule (1-sheet overview and live Google Calendar on the website > Schedule)
  2. Make your fair share donation
  3. Purchase Uniform/Gear (Please note that the uniform order deadline is midnight Sun. 8/28 at midnight, so uniforms can be distributed before the first meet on 9/1.) Read on in the UNIFORM section below for delivery instructions. 
  4. Complete and upload these forms here. Deadline to upload these documents is 8/30 at 8pm.
    1. Alternate Transportation Waiver, All Events + Any Parent
    2. Alternate Transportation Waiver, Event + Individual Specific
