Summer Training

Our Summer Training Program is designed to help train and prepare students for the cross country try-out held at 7:00 AM on the Monday before school begins. It’s also a great way to meet the team and make new friends before school starts up in the Fall.

Our Summer Running Club meets Monday through Saturday (Monday through Friday for new athletes).

Team meets at 6:45 AM Monday through Friday to accommodate athletes taking Summer School Classes. Summer practices usually run for about 60 to 90 minutes depending on experience level.
